DNR LABRADOR RETRIEVERS' established in 1986, located in Michigan.       Our goal has been to protect the quality of the labrador retreiver as a breed.   We start with great  temperaments, then make sure they are sound of body  by OFA certification of Hip and Elbow, Cardiac OFA certification, eye examination either CERF or AVOC , genetic testing for  PRA/PRCD,  with  , EIC (Exercise Induced Collapse), D Locus Dilute Gene evaluation, CNM (Centronuclear Myopathy) .     We breed for a sound dog with a well-balanced body and mind.     We do have DNA profile on all our dogs.        Labradors come in three colors yellow, black and chocolate (NO SUCH THING AS A SILVER),  we have black and yellow.     We offer yellow labrador puppies,  black labrador puppies.     We do show our dogs Conformation, Obedience and Hunt Test.     We show AKC, CKC, and UKC.     Our dogs are bred to meet the American Standard as accepted by the Labrador Retriever Club, and the American Kennel Club.     Our dogs are NOT field bred, although we want them to be able to hunt, because that is what the breed is designed to do. 

Our labrador retriever puppies are out of carefully planned breedings to ensure and promote the great, outstanding companion dog the Labrador is known to be.      Whether you want to hunt, obedience, conformation, or a couch potato, these pups have the aptitude to be versatile enough to do it all.     All our lab puppies would be vet checked, with their first vaccine given at 6 weeks of age, they are checked for parasites, dew claws removed, micro chip is done at 6 weeks of age.    We give a written guarantee/puppy purchase agreement on our pups. click here.     Check out our application page, we also have a BUYERS GUIDE for all interested in purchasing a pup from us or someone else.   Our pups are sold thru referrals from the breeders directories of the .....
